RMA

  • All return for credit must be returned within 20 days from the issue date. Units MUST be in ‘brand new’, re-sale condition

  • All RMA numbers will automatically be voided if return item(s) are not received within 20 days from the issue date

  • When filling out an ‘RMA Request Form’, all necessary information must be provided. Otherwise the process of issuing an RMA number may be delayed

  • RMA number MUST be printed on the shipping label and outside the shipping box or package may be refused

  • MUST include a copy of completed RMA request form (RMA number must be assigned by NueCam)

  • Restock fee will apply if unit is missing any accessories

  • Repair fee will apply if products have been physically damaged by users or installers

  • Products will be returned to customers if functioning properly

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning product(s) to NueCam.

  • All RMA units will be shipped back to the customer with ground service. Customers are responsible for the shipping difference if faster service is needed.

VOID NOTICE:

If the unit is physically damaged, water damaged, or painted, warranty policies will be void.

RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY

NueCam warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:

NueCam warrants that each of its products will be free from material and workmanship defects under the warranty period by the invoice date. If the customer discovers a defect, NueCam will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product at no charge to the customer. The customer is responsible for returning the defective product to NueCam’s Texas location during the warranty period and prepay for the transportation charge. The returned product must be properly packaged to obtain warranty service.

 

HOW TO PROCEED WITH YOUR WARRANTY 

For warranty service, please contact us at 1-866-222-7720 to obtain a “Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.” A copy of the invoice as well as the RMA form with the appropriate serial number and model number are required for warranty service.

 

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS

  • Products invoiced outside the warranty period

  • Abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment, or neglect of the products

  • Damage cause during installation or because of faulty installation

  • Damage caused by modification or repair not made or authorized by NueCam

  • NueCam products whose serial numbers have been removed or defaced

  • Damage caused by improper or improperly used packaging

 

This warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive of all others , whether oral or written, expressed or implied, NueCam specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including–without limitation: warranties of merchant-ability and fitness for a particular purpose and against infringement.

 

No NueCam distributor, representative, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.
